Habeck plant auĂerdem noch im Sommer ein Gasauktions-Modell. Dieses soll industriellen Gasverbrauchern Anreize bieten, Gas einzusparen. Im Kern geht es darum, dass Industriekunden, die auf Gas verzichten können, ihren Verbrauch gegen Entgelt verringern, das ĂŒber den Markt finanziert wird – und das Gas zur VerfĂŒgung stellen, damit es eingespeichert werden kann.
FĂŒr das Auktionsmodell wollen Trading Hub Europe, die Bundesnetzagentur und das Wirtschaftsministerium ein sogenanntes Gas-Regelenergieprodukt entwickeln. Ein solches Produkt gibt es im Strommarkt, um Schwankungen im Netz auszugleichen.

Die angespannte Situation und die hohen Preise seien eine unmittelbare Folge des russischen Angriffskriegs gegen die Ukraine auf GeheiĂ von PrĂ€sident Putin, so der GrĂŒnen-Politiker. âEs ist offenkundig die Strategie von Putin, uns zu verunsichern, die Preise in die Höhe zu treiben und uns zu spalten.
Konkret geht es um folgende PlĂ€ne: Um die Einspeicherung von Gas zu sichern, stellt die Bundesregierung schon in KĂŒrze eine zusĂ€tzliche Kreditlinie ĂŒber die Staatsbank KfW in Höhe von 15 Milliarden Euro zur VerfĂŒgung, wie es aus Regierungskreisen hieĂ. Dieser Kredit ist demnach mit dem Finanzministerium besprochen. Der Haushaltsausschuss solle in der kommenden Woche unterrichtet werden.
Angesichts steigender Gaspreise soll mit dem Kredit der sogenannte Marktgebietsverantwortliche Trading Hub Europe THE die nötige LiquiditĂ€t bekommen, um Gas einzukaufen und die BefĂŒllung der Speicher voranzutreiben. Der Kredit werde ĂŒber eine Garantie des Bundes abgesichert. Die Gesellschaft Trading Hub Europe ist durch eine Kooperation von Netzgesellschaften entstanden
Wie von Habeck bereits angekĂŒndigt, soll auĂerdem weniger Gas zur Stromproduktion genutzt werden. Stattdessen sollen Kohlekraftwerke âstĂ€rker zum Einsatz kommenâ. Ein entsprechendes Gesetz soll am 8. Juli vom Bundesrat beschlossen werden und dann zĂŒgig in Kraft treten.
Parallel dazu bereitet laut Papier das Wirtschaftsministerium eine notwendige Ministerverordnung vor, um die âGasersatzreserveâ in Gang zu setzen. DafĂŒr sollen Kraftwerke, die bereits als Reserve zur VerfĂŒgung stehen, ertĂŒchtigt werden – um kurzfristig an den Markt zurĂŒckkehren zu können.
