Der BUND Landesverband Nds. hat Widerspruch gegen die wasserrechtliche Erlaubnis eingelegt und Klage gegen die Zulassung der Wiederinbetriebnahme des Hartsalzwerkes Siegfried-Giesen erhoben. Dieses Verfahren wird durch die partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit der BUND Kreisgruppe Hildesheim und der Bürgerinitiative GiesenSchacht eV inhaltlich getragen und finanziert.
